Anxiety attack, panic attack or depression?

Question:
how far do the symptoms of an anxiety attack vary? My wife has panic/anxiety attacks, (we think), but they do not seem to be the same as 'normal' attacks. So, if someone could indicate some usefull links, I'd much appreciate it. Btw, she also has severe depression, which I gather is pretty common with panic attacks.

Answer:
It might be easier if you told us what her symptoms are when she is having an attack? Panic attacks are very individualized, no two people have panic attacks the same way. There are so many symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks that I am never surprised when I hear a new symptom. Try these links: http://www.algy.com/pdi/ and http://www.mentalhealth.com/ This sounds like more than anxiety and panic, but I am not a doctor and I could be wrong. I strongly urge you to get your wife to a Neurologist as soon as possible. She needs to be examined and tested thoroughly to rule out any and all physical disorders that could be causing her symptoms
