Can a person go from being well to being totally disabled with depression with no symptoms of depression other than fatigue and hypersomnia?

Question:
Can a person go from being well to being totally disabled with depression with no symptoms of depression other than fatigue and hypersomnia? Can a person go from being well to being totally disabled with depression literally overnight? Does depression get worse when a person exerts themselves or exercises? Which of the following symptoms can be caused by depression in a person who is well fed and drinks plenty of water (at least 12 glasses per day)? Severe sore throats. Tender and painful lymph nodes. Postural tachycardia. Fainting spells. Severe muscle pains. Needing to lie down to read or watch TV.

Answer:
Yes. You wouldn't expect so.  An organic disease could exacerbate symptoms of depression. If it's 'exhausting' exercise, then the symptoms would become more obvious. Exercise classically helps depression get better. Yes. Probably not. Anxiety, which often goes with depression, can cause tachycardia. Yes. Yes. Yes.
